Heath is part of the Executive Team at Pure Heart Church (a multi-campus church in the Phoenix area) and serves as the Lead Pastor of Creative Teams (Music, Tech, Media, Communications), working with an incredibly thriving group of talented creatives. He has served in ministry for over 20 years as a Co-Lead Pastor, Creative Strategist, and Worship/Creative Arts Pastor. 

As co-owner of Maven Media Productions, he has operated in small business consulting, music production, and strategic marketing. Heath also serves as the Conference Director for the Experience Conference (currently one of the largest conferences for Worship Leaders and Teams in the nation)
. Through Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Tyler, TX, he completed both his Discipleship Training School (DTS) and School of Evangelism (SOE), serving in missions work in cities across the US and additional countries. He believes fully in using innovation, creativity, and risk to increase the reach of an organization, developing and equipping teams for growth, as well as training up young leaders. He has been married to his wife, Jill, since 2003 and they have 3 crazy sons - Braeden, Carter and Rylan.
