Tanja Shineman, founder of Rising Fire Music, is a seasoned vocal coach and worship leader with a passion for helping singers embrace their unique voice for the Lord. She has a bachelor’s degree from NAU. With a background in classical training, musicals, country bands, and worship ministry—including leading youth and family worship—she mentors students in voice, worship guitar, and keys. She is a guest worship leader for various Christian events, a masterclass instructor at ACU, and, more recently, a published songwriter. She offers vocal coaching, masterclasses, and performance training for those ready to step into the gift God has given them to sing or lead.

When she’s not coaching singers, leading worship, or writing music, Tanja wears many hats—dental hygienist, business owner, intercessor, and homeschool mom to her amazing son, Elijah, who attends Ignite’s Glendale High School Campus. She loves action movies, deep conversations, and showing no mercy in the card game Speed (much to Elijah’s dismay).
