Stacie Fischer, a Phoenix native, graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Language Arts. She began her teaching career in the public education system in 2002 and still currently holds a K-8 teaching certificate in the state of Arizona. She holds teaching endorsements in Science, Language Arts, and K-12 SEI. Stacie taught seventh and eighth grade for five years and fourth grade for two years before having children.

In 2020, Stacie and her husband decided to homeschool their four children. What was supposed to be temporary, became permanent. The entire family fell in love with homeschooling! Homeschooling has truly been a gift that has allowed the family to spend more time together and be in God’s word more. In addition to her love for Jesus, Stacie loves to spend time with her family, travel, and read. She enjoys teaching and instilling a love for learning in children. Stacie is excited to be joining the Ignite team this year!
