Maddy is a homeschool graduate turned Bible college student! She grew up learning and working alongside her mom (one of our directors, Erin) in all of her ministry endeavors in children’s, youth, and small group ministries. She spent her junior high and high school years serving in ministry in just about every way you can think of, and at fifteen years old God called her into ministry herself. She has spent the last six years since she graduated high school writing a book, studying the Bible, and loving on teenagers. From dance parties to editing papers to praying with students, and everything in between, Maddy is passionate about seeing students thrive. Watching teenagers believe everything God says about them, love Jesus deeply, and seek to follow Him as wholehearted disciples is her passion.

Maddy is passionate about good literature, the power of expressing oneself through the written word, discipleship, and leadership development. Thankfully, she gets to combine all of those passions through tutoring and directing the Embers Youth Group here at Ignite. She could not be more excited to be a part of what God is doing through Ignite and to continue being one of your students’ biggest cheerleaders and prayer warriors!
