Favian Chagolla is a passionate media professional, entrepreneur, and instructor dedicated to helping others unlock their full potential. As the founder of Refined Media LLC, he has spent the past five years producing high-quality content for small businesses, influencers, churches, and couples—creating everything from wedding films and photography to business marketing content and social media videos that have reached thousands, even millions, of viewers.

Favian is married to Elli Chagolla (Kilcup), a talented wedding photographer, and together they have built a business focused on storytelling and creativity. His love for the Lord fuels his mission to uplift and equip those around him, helping them grow into the gifts and callings that God has for them.

As a Media & Design Instructor at Ignite, Favian teaches Media Production & Filmmaking, Digital Design & Branding, and Photography & Visual Media, with the goal of equipping students with real-world skills they can use both creatively and professionally. Whether preparing students for the workforce or simply helping them develop a passion for media, he is committed to teaching everything he knows and pouring into students with the love of Jesus.
